Here is my entry for the EBW June challenge athemed "Here comes the bride". Initially this wasn't what I had in mind for that particular piece but once this was finished, I thought it looked quite fitting for a bride!!! A sparkly piece full of pearls and crystals and it's really comfortable to wear too!

Two more Celestial delights!

I just finished two more, one in Silver and sapphire and the other in hot pink! Love them both and am working on a new addition, this one in black and orange....

Nothing is more exciting than to come up with a grand new design, trying it out, taking it apart and putting it back together again, until I reach a result I'm happy with! This design is absolutely delightful because it combines my favorite things,- my ever beloved Swarovski chatons that I seem to have an unexplained affection for and the romatic vintage look, that I also seem to favor very often. I absolutely love how this came out and now, in a beading frenzy not uncommon to me, I am making similar necklaces in this line I have named "Celestia" on account of their stary quality. More colors will be posted here!! :)

New competition!!

My lovely friend Triz gave me the link to this interesting and challenging competition,- it looks like so much fun and from the looks of the beads, my busy brain is already plotting a new design!!! Can't wait to see what I'll make of this...

My favorite colors!! I love working with turquoise, the quality of the stone, the color and everything about it. Every once in a while I just have to make a piece of jewelry using turquoise, - this picture doesn't nearly portray how beautiful the colors are!
